Traditional martial arts classes are great for teaching respect, discipline, self confidence, coordination, and self control.  Most of this does not exist in the nucleus of a real assault on your child. 

 

This course can be done in a group or individual setting.  At the bus stop your child walks to or on the very street we can plan and practice what to do, where to run, improvised tools of escape.
