Fitness for First Responders

This Course is designed to understand and meet the needs of the Warrior Athelete.  Are you a professional looking to accelerate the understanding of how to develop your personal and/or team's fitness.  Emphasis is placed on understanding the specific athletic demands placed on first responders.

 

Participants will be shown a new and concrete definition of fitness, how to apply this definition across broad time and modal domains, & understanding what is TRUE Functional Fitness. 

 

Course Topics also include:

    Different Energy Systems and their affect

    A NEW & SIMPLE look at Nutrition

    Movement Patterns & Programming

          Scaling efforts to include all participants

    Setting & Measuring Fitness Goals

    How to acheive these goals on limited budget and time

 

Attendees will be required to participate in the practical exercises.
